knowledge articles pertaining to facilities management can be created and published in the portal to create a knowledge article open the facilities knowledge base workspace click new and select the type enter information into the fields title and description collection , category , and subcategory help to categorize the knowledge article published date you can decide to publish on a set date expiration date you can set an expiration for the knowledge article to add a note, click add under journal in the details tab to add a task, click add new task from the task tab click save
