Facilities Location, Building, Floor, Room, and Cubicles

facilities management involves the location, building, floor, room, and cubicles of the facility all these are interrelated and it is recommended that you set these up before creating facilities assets, work orders, and facilities requests to add a facilities location open the facilities location workspace click new enter information into the fields select the facilities location checkbox the location can only be used in facilities management if this checkbox is selected you tag existing building, floor, room, and cubicles from the respective tabs or create new ones by clicking new from the relevant tabs click save to add a facilities building open the facilities buildings workspace click new enter information into the fields you can tag a floor to the building or create a new one by clicking new under the floor area click save to add a facilities floor open the facilities floor workspace click new enter information into the fields you can tag cubicles to the floor or create a new one by clicking new under the cubicles area click save to add a facilities room open the facilities room workspace click new enter information into the fields click save to add facilities cubicles open the facilities cubicles workspace click new enter information into the fields you can attach an image by clicking browse under the image area click save
