Sharing a Business Object Record

You can share an incident, knowledge article, or change record from the business object record to Social Board.
To share a business object record ID and its summary or title on the Social Board:
- Log in to the application and navigate to the business object workspace which you wish to share. For example, the Incident workspace.
- Open the record that you wish to share and click Share from the toolbar.
The Share dialog box appears.
- Add a comment in the Share what's new box and click Share .
The record ID and summary are posted to the Social Board workspace.
