Sharing a Business Object Record

you can share an incident, knowledge article, or change record from the business object record to social board to share a business object record id and its summary or title on the social board log in to the application and navigate to the business object workspace which you wish to share for example, the incident workspace open the record that you wish to share and click share from the toolbar the share dialog box appears add a comment in the share what's new box and click share the record id and summary are posted to the social board workspace
