Advanced Email Monitoring Functions
Use these functions with Advanced Email Monitoring to return the specified value in an expression. These functions return only the defined value and do not accept any function-specific parameters. To learn more about email monitoring, refer to Working with Email Inboxes.
Most of these functions are also available in the Toolbox of the Expression Editor, usable in Quick Actions for Advanced Email Monitoring. When using these functions in the Expression Editor, ensure proper syntax is applied.

These functions are intended for use in quick actions used by the incoming email processor. These functions does not produce a value when used in other contexts. Additionally, these functions are not supported in services such as workflow and escalation. These limitations only apply if the expressions are evaluated by such services.
