Service Protection Performance
The Virtual Traffic Manager’s service protection system requires additional memory and CPU time for each request. If you are managing a large number of requests and use sophisticated rules in your service protection class, every request for a virtual server using this service protection class will take slightly longer. For large systems it may be necessary to add further Virtual Traffic Managers to your front-end network in order to provide additional capacity.
