Overview of configuration for AEM tenants

Ivanti Access tenants provisioned under the Ivanti Automated Endpoint Management (AEM) SKU are linked with Ivanti Neurons for MDM and other Ivanti products. Ivanti Access is integrated with Ivanti Neurons for MDM automatically, so you don't need to configure Ivanti Access in Ivanti Neurons for MDM or verify the connection in Ivanti Access.
AEM tenants differ from other Ivanti Access tenants in the following ways:
- Sign-in: Administrators sign in to the Ivanti Access administrative portal through the linked Ivanti Neurons for MDM tenant. The Change Password and Reset Password options aren't available.
- Administrators: Before you add an administrator in Ivanti Access, ensure that the administrator account exists in Ivanti Neurons for MDM. If it doesn't, create it there first.
- Deployment type: Only the Ivanti Access (as a service) deployment type is available. Ivanti Access + Standalone Sentry isn't supported.
AEM tenants aren't available in the AP2 landscape.
