About Ivanti Neurons for MDM integration for AEM tenants

An AEM tenant can integrate with only one UEM, which is the Ivanti Neurons for MDM tenant linked to Ivanti Access. You can't add other UEMs or register Ivanti EPMM or Standalone Sentry.
Ivanti Access is integrated with Ivanti Neurons for MDM automatically. You don't need to click Connect to Verify or enter UEM credentials to verify the connection. UEM credentials are required only for session revocation.
Syncing Ivanti Access with Ivanti Neurons for MDM
Procedure
- Click UEM on the left navigation pane in the Ivanti Access administrative portal.
- In the Ivanti UEMs tab, click Sync UEM. Ivanti Access syncs with Ivanti Neurons for MDM. You aren't prompted for UEM credentials.
