Adding UEM credentials for session revocation

For AEM tenants, session revocation requires the credentials of an Ivanti Neurons for MDM administrator. Add the credentials in the SESSION REVOCATION column of the Ivanti UEMs tab before you configure session revocation. This column is available only for AEM tenants.
Prerequisties
- Ensure that you meet the prerequisites in Configuring Session Revocation.
- Ensure that the Ivanti Neurons for MDM administrator account has the Common Platform Services (CPS) role. For information on assigning roles, see Assigning Roles to Users in the Ivanti Neurons for MDM Guide, or click Help in the Ivanti Neurons for MDM administrative portal.
Procedure
- Click UEM on the left navigation pane in the Ivanti Access administrative portal.
- In the Ivanti UEMs tab, click + Add credentials in the SESSION REVOCATION column.
- Enter the following:
- UEM Username: User name for the Ivanti Neurons for MDM administrator account.
- UEM Password: Password for the administrator account.
- Click Submit.
