In the Ivanti Access administrative portal, go to Reports to monitor Entra ID MFA activity using the following reports:

MFA Access: Displays policy rule evaluation data for Entra ID MFA sign-ins, including the action taken for each authentication request based on the rules in the policy assigned to the integration.

Zero Sign-On: Displays each authentication a user completes, such as Push Notification or QR Code.
