Move CIs to the CMDB

Newly discovered CIs must be manually moved to the CMDB before you can proceed with ITSM activities related to:
- Incident management
- Change management
- Problem management
- Knowledge management
- Release management
- Request management
If you’re using Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, it’s possible to integrate service mapping capabilities into the ITSM console. For more information, contact your Ivanti representative.
