Configuring Authenticate on Ivanti Neurons for MDM

Configure the FIDO2 Desktop Agent to provide password less authentication for cloud services and desktop login.
Prerequisites
- Verify that you have configured Ivanti Neurons for MDM.
- Verify that you have uploaded the desktop identity certificate in Access > UEM.
- Download the certificate from Ivanti Neurons for MDM > Admin > Infrastructure > Certificate Management.
Procedure
- On Ivanti Neurons for MDM, click Configurations > Add.
- In the Search Configurations field, enter Authenticate.
- Select Authenticate. The Create Zero Sign-on Authenticate Configuration page opens.
- Enter the following details:
- Name
- Description
- Under Configuration Setup, select the following:
- Select the Desktop Identity Certificate from the drop-down.
- Select the Operating System, macOS or Windows or both.
- Select Windows and click Done to complete the Authentication. Windows does not require distribution. OR
- Select macOS and enter the Key and Value for Custom Data. Click Next.
- Select the devices to which the configuration is applied and click Done to complete the authentication.
- Under Configurations, select the Authenticate configuration created and click Details.
- Click Copy Command Line Text to distribute the app.
