You now need to add the new enterprise service CI to the CMDB.
To add an enterprise service CI to the CMDB
- In the left navigation pane, click ITSM > Configuration Management > Configuration Items.
- From the Select Actions drop-down, select New.
- From the Blueprint drop-down, select the blueprint type, then enter the appropriate values for the selected type.
- Click Add. Note that parameters are displayed according to the blueprint type selected. A notification email is sent to the configured user regarding the CI creation.
