Verifying traffic flow

2 min

After you upload proxy metadata to the cloud service provider (SP) and identity provider (IdP), traffic will flow through Ivanti Access and Standalone Sentry. You can verify that authentication and access to the cloud service is working.

Procedure

	1.	On a mobile device use the service provider’s app to access the cloud service. You should be able to access the cloud service successfully.

	2.	On a desktop, access the cloud service. You should be able to access the cloud service successfully.

	3.	On the Access administrative portal, check Reports > Access .

The Reports > Access page displays the authentication traffic to which the default rule is applied. Standalone Sentry sycns with the Ivanti Access administrative portal every 15 minutes. It may take up to 15 minutes for the authentication traffic to display in Reports > Access.

	4.	Use the debug accs check-in access-report CLI command that forces Sentry to sync Access reports to the Ivanti Neurons for MDM console.
