- App Catalog: Choose to install or open managed apps. Some apps may update automatically.
- Support: Read how-to guides, get help fixing issues, or contact IT directly.
- Notifications: Review and act on compliance alerts, update requests, and security messages promptly.
- Settings: View device status, fix compliance issues (for example, enabling a passcode), view your privacy rights, security features, and access and send logs on request.
Troubleshooting Tips
- Compliance Problems: The Ivanti Go for iOS app displays no passcode, outdated software, and so on. Follow the in-app instructions to resolve the issue.
- Cannot Install Apps: Make sure device meets security requirements such as passcode and latest OS.
- VPN or Tunnel Issue: If you cannot access VPN or Tunnel, check your network connection and speed, try toggling airplane mode, or restart your device. If issues persist, contact the IT administrator.
- Threat Detected: Ivanti Go for iOS app provides information and steps to remove risky apps or recommends updating the device OS to the latest version.
- Lost Access (Quarantined): Use Return to Service, the Ivanti Go for iOS app guides you through recovery. For unresolved problems, contact IT administrators using the Support tab.
- Log Collection: The IT administrators can request Logs and Diagnostics for troubleshooting. Access the log collection feature from the Settings tab and share the logs or diagnostic information.
