Ivanti Go for iOS will immediately notify you about the threat by displaying a warning with clear information about the issue.
You need to perform the following actions after it detects a threat:
- Remove risky apps: Uninstall the applications that were flagged by Ivanti MTD.
- Update your device’s OS: Follow the device prompts to install security updates.
- Change Wi-Fi network: Disconnect from unsafe networks and reconnect using secure Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Restore security settings: Immediately enable encryption, set a strong passcode, or re-enable security features as required.
- Temporary Access Block: For serious issues (for example, if your device's security is compromised), your organizations data and apps may be temporarily inaccessible until the threat is resolved.
- Help Resources: Use the Support tab to request IT assistance if you are unsure how to fix the issues.
