These are cumulative release notes. If a release does not appear in this section, then there were no associated new features and enhancements.
- Entra ID MFA: Ivanti Access now acts as an external multi-factor authentication (MFA) provider for Microsoft Entra ID. When users sign in to Microsoft applications, they can complete MFA using QR code, Push notification, One-Time Passcode (OTP), or Tunnel authentication. Administrators can select the authentication methods available to users and assign MFA policies to evaluate authentication requests. Dedicated reports provide visibility into authentication activity and policy evaluations. For more information, see Entra ID MFA .
- Access Console UI Refresh: The Access admin console has been updated with a refreshed look and feel that aligns with other Ivanti SaaS products. The update introduces a new top navigation area that provides quick access to account information, application switching, help resources, version information, and other user actions. Account-related options such as Change Password, Reset Password Recovery Key, 2-Step Verification, and Sign Out are now available from the user profile menu, making them easier to access. Help, version information, and copyright details are also more readily available. This update is focused on improving consistency and usability across Ivanti products. Existing menu structures, dashboards, and workflows remain unchanged, allowing administrators to continue working as they do today while benefiting from a more modern and unified experience.
- App Switcher: Administrators can now move between the Ivanti applications linked to their tenant directly from the Ivanti Access administrative portal. The selected application opens in the same browser session without signing in again. The Neurons App Switcher is available for all Ivanti Access tenants. For more information, see Unified Navigation for Ivanti Access .
- Ivanti Access for AEM tenants: Ivanti Access tenants provisioned through Ivanti Automated Endpoint Management (AEM) are now integrated with Ivanti Neurons for MDM automatically. Administrators sign in through Ivanti Neurons for MDM. The Access profile can be pushed to Ivanti Neurons for MDM from the Ivanti Access administrative portal. For more information, see Set up Ivanti Access with UEM.
- Salesforce MFA support: Ivanti Access can now pass an authentication method reference to Salesforce in the SAML assertion, so users aren't prompted for an additional verification step after signing in through Ivanti Access. For configuring the authentication method reference, see Cookbook for Salesforce .
- Integrating Ivanti Neurons Federation via Ivanti Access: Ivanti Access now features a dedicated catalog tile for Ivanti Neurons, allowing it to act as a SAML service provider in federation pairs with IDPs like Okta. For the Ivanti Neurons configuration, see Cookbook for Ivanti Neurons.
