**Users will no longer have the ability to access the old customer support portal (located at **[https://risksense.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals](https://risksense.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals)**) on Thursday February 29, 2024 at 6 PM Mountain Time.** If you need to contact support, you can submit new cases through the [Ivanti Success Portal](https://success.ivanti.com/). Ivanti will move open cases to the Ivanti Success Portal as part of this transition.
