**Summary**: How to reject a workflow request in RiskSense.

You can reject a workflow unless it has already expired. You may want to reject a workflow if the reason for the exception no longer exists. This option allows you to discontinue a workflow prior to its expiration date. Whether the workflow temporarily closes the finding or changes finding severity, rejecting the workflow reverses its impact on mapped findings.

After you reject a workflow, you can no longer make any changes to it. You can copy it if you need to create a similar workflow.

To reject a workflow, navigate to the **Manage > Workflows** page.

Find the workflow you want to reject. Open the Options menu and choose **Reject**.
