With the Collections feature, users can categorize and organize findings based on various attributes such as severity, asset group, or tags. Once you have created a collection, you can set up automated ticketing for Jira, ServiceNow Request, and other supported ticketing connectors.

**Creating a Collection:** You can create a collection from the Host Findings or Application Findings pages. A collection can reference a set of filters or a Group By. For more information, visit the guide on [creating a collection](docId\:JSspuqkLcfz-Cfllcfplf).

**Configuring Auto Ticketing:** Once you have created a collection, you can configure auto ticketing for an existing connector. For more information, visit the guide on how to [configure a collection for auto ticket creation](docId:5pGPDKsSHnpzotfmZ9_6B).

**Viewing Collection Details:** You can access information about each collection associated with a finding from the Finding Details. Each collection configured for auto ticketing also has its own area for review and management. For more information, visit the guide on [viewing collection details](docId:3MVMbOylKNgXJMnAythW7).
