Configuration for locations. Must be higher priority than global.cfg.

| type      | Does this location contain traffic managers and configuration or is it a recipient of GLB requests?<br />Value type: enumeration<br />Default value: "config"<br />Permitted values:<br />config: Configuration<br />glb: GLB |
