Using the Favourite option you can easily access your most frequently accessed Knowledge Articles, Service Catalogues, and Service Requests by adding them to Favourite.

If the Favourite option is not available for you, then it has not been enabled by your Administrator. Reach out to your Administrator to get it enabled.

## Adding and Removing a Favourite

### To add a record to Favorites

1. Log in to Self Service Mobile portal.
2. Open the Knowledge/Service Catalogue/Service Request workspace.
3. Open a record or from the list view itself click the **Add to Favourite** icon :inlineImage[]{src="https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/parib0MC3hVoUNdfQdnac/ic48EuZtt34UN6q_onw70_favorites-disabled.png" alt caption size="10" width="16" height="13"} for any of the record that you wish to add to Favourite.

### To remove a record from Favorites

4. Open the Knowledge/Service Catalogue/Service Request workspace.
5. Open a record or from the list view itself click the **Remove from Favourite** icon :inlineImage[]{src="https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/parib0MC3hVoUNdfQdnac/xpX-P8Q-ZOYDMJkn9enRx_favorites-selected.png" alt caption size="10" width="16" height="14"} for any of record that you wish to remove from Favorites.

- The Favourite option is also available in the **Search** workspace. You can add or remove records as Favourite from the **Search** workspace as well.
