**Role**: Self Service User

The Self Service Management Portal V3 provides a simple interface and enables users to track requests for service. **Self Service **role users can also access FAQs, announcements, knowledge articles, and chat with the Support team.

Only users with Administrator role can add and configure a workspace to a role.

Only users with an** Administrator** role can add Knowledge and Announcements workspaces and enable Alerts and FAQs for them to appear as workspaces on your Home page.
