Access the Ivanti Self-Service landing page to submit requests, track incidents, and explore knowledge articles in a user-friendly interface. This help is intended for employees and external customers who use the Self Service portal to request business services from IT, HR or other areas. In addition to logging a [Service Request/raising](docId\:ARA9j567l0DECI7YehM7w) a ticket, users in the Self Service portal can also create [Incidents](docId\:ARA9j567l0DECI7YehM7w), check the status of current records, search for [knowledge articles](docId\:moPFIYXLK1UlSt5Irm3iL) and more.
