Unified navigation modernizes the Neurons for ITSM experience with an improved layout and the **Neurons App Switcher**, enabling seamless navigation across Ivanti products. The feature is available when ITSM is provisioned either as part of the Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM) bundle or as a standalone product.

## Neurons for ITSM in AEM bundle

For customers who purchased Neurons for ITSM as part of the AEM bundle with other Ivanti products, linked tenants are configured during the onboarding process. After onboarding is complete, you can access the linked products through a unified navigation experience without additional authentication prompts using single sign-on (SSO).

The AEM-linked product experience includes:

- **Neurons App Switcher**: Use this button to navigate between linked Ivanti products.

- **Unified Ivanti Login** - You can access the AEM-linked products without additional authentication using single sign-on (SSO).

## Neurons for ITSM as a standalone product

For customers using Neurons for ITSM as a single product (not part of AEM bundle), the **Neurons App Switcher** displays only the ITSM product and the **Info on all Ivanti products** link. This link provides access to the Ivanti product page, where you can explore and learn about other products.
