You can share an incident, knowledge article, or change record from the business object record to Social Board.

To share a business object record ID and its summary or title on the Social Board:

1. Log in to the application and navigate to the business object workspace which you wish to share. For example, the **Incident **workspace.
2. Open the record that you wish to share and click **Share** from the toolbar.

The **Share** dialog box appears.

3. Add a comment in the **Share what's new box** and click **Share** .

The record ID and summary are posted to the **Social Board** workspace.
