Rest API Key Hashing introduces stricter visibility rules for API keys, ensuring sensitive credentials remain protected while maintaining operational flexibility.

## Using API key hashing

- **Copy-only access: **You can copy the API key only at the time of creation. Save the API key securely for future use.

- **Partial key visibility: **The last four digits of each API key are displayed for identification.
- **Legacy key handling:** API keys created before enabling the feature flag continue to display the copy option for retrieval.

- **Security and Session tab: **After enabling the feature flag, you must enter the API key manually.

API keys created after enabling the feature flag are not visible if you later disable the feature flag.
