**Role:**Administrator.

Your personal settings, such as a password and profile, help you customize your UI experience.

**Prerequisite**: To enable Self Service users to change their password, you must first enable the **Change Password** option in the Configuration Console. Only then will users be able to see the Password option.

**To enable the Change Password option:**

1. Log in to Neurons for ITSM as Administrator.
2. From the Configuration Console, click **Users and Permissions**> **Roles and Permissions**. Select Self Service role.
3. Under **Branding Options**, select **Change Password Button** checkbox.
4. Click **Save**.
