Shows the left X-most characters from the original token. Spaces are included in the character count. X=6 in this example:

- Original token: Now is the winter of our discontent
- Modifier: Left (6)
- Result: Now is

## Parameters

| Parameter | Description                                                                          |

| str       | Input string to find left most characters for a given length                         |
| length    | Number of characters to show from the input string start from the left of the string |

## Return Value

Returns the characters from left of the input string until a given length.

## Example

$(Left("Now is the winter of our discontent", 6))

Returns this value: Now is
