If you log in to the HR Self-service portal with a Human Resources role, when you create an HR Case using the Service Catalog, the system assigns the Case to the team based on the setup of country team assignments.

For example, referring to the demo information below, if your country is set to US, any HR Cases you create are assigned to HR Operations.

**Demonstration Team Assignments**

- US = HR Operations
- CA = Payroll Administration
- IN = Recruitment
- MX = Performance Management

If you are part of an HR team yourself, the Case gets assigned to your team.
