You can hide related items in the *closed* status from certain users.

1. From the Configuration Console, add a relationship from a business object to a configuration item business object. See [Adding a Relationship to a Business Object](docId\:SzcP-QyW98hBG7IWLEeU2).
2. Enter information into the fields.
3. In the **Condition** field, enter **$(\[OtherObject]Status != "Closed")**.
4. Click **Save**.
5. Click **Save** again.
