:::

**Project notification workflows**:

When the status of **Schedule Health**, **Budget Health**, or **Project Health** changes to **At Risk** or **Off Track**, it triggers an automated workflow that sends an email notification about the project's health. The email notification includes event type, summary of change, date/time, and link to the affected Project. The recipients of the notification depend on the type of health metric:

- For **Budget Health** and **Project Health** changes, the email notification is sent to the Project Owner and Project Sponsor.
- For **Schedule Health** changes, the notification is sent to all stakeholders linked under the the **Stakeholders** tab.

You can manage the notification workflows and customize the email template using the Triggered Actions and Rules. For more information, refer to [Modifying Business Rules](docId\:VaeATEBQQBVSP3yaBT_Sc) that use the Classic Action Designer (CAD) or [Editing a Triggered Action ](#)that use the Graphical Action Designer (GAD).

Refer [Using Business Rules](#) to learn more.

:::hint{type="info"}
To ensure all stakeholders receive the email notification, always save the Project record when you add or link employees under the **Stakeholders** tab.
