Distribution shows areas where services are received from the receiving organization point-of-view, and are automatically calculated based on the service allocated.

For example, data service might allocate 25% of its total services to the CRM service. The allocation appears in the data service record under the **Allocation** tab, and the distribution appears in the CRM service record under the **Distribution** tab. You cannot create a distribution directly; a distribution is something that is received. Create an allocation and the distribution appears according to the service allocation calculation daily schedule.
