### Language Translation

Platform: Cloud

Agentic AI now supports the following languages and responds in the same language as the user’s query. For the best translation experience, we recommend using a single language consistently during a conversation because the detected language is cached by the system. Switching between languages might result in incomplete translations.

- Arabic
- Chinese (Simplified)
- Dutch
- English
- French
- German
- Italian
- Japanese
- Polish
- Portuguese
- Spanish

:::hint{type="info"}
To clear the cache, administrators can go to **Settings **> **Cache Management **and click **Reset Teamsbot Objects**.

### Run Neurons Bot Quick Actions Against Device, Person, or Universal Target

Platform: Cloud and On-premises

In earlier releases, a Neurons Bot could be run only against a device, and only from a business object that had a relationship to a CI record. You can now run a Neurons Bot Quick Action against a device, a person, or no specific target.

When you configure a Neurons Bot Quick Action in the Graphical Action Designer, you select a target type Device, Person, or Universal on the Neurons Bot block. The target type determines what the bot runs against, and the list of available bots is filtered to match. A Universal Quick Action has no requirements and can be run from any business object.

This release also adds the Employee business object to the list of objects supported out of the box and lets you add the Neurons Bot Invocations panel to any business object.

**Neurons Bot Invocations workspace:** A new workspace provides a single place to see every Neurons Bot invocation for the tenant. It lists invocations from every business object and every target type and shows the target type and the source business object of each invocation. To open it, select MORE, and then, under My Workspace, select Neurons Bot Invocations.

For more information, see [Neurons Bot Quick Action](docId\:LMf9Sf0pRhqB6pt-XixTT), [Invoking a Neurons Bot](docId\:B2hO_kDNfBQhQeJ-M5sEB) and [Neurons Bots Integration for ITSM](docId\:n0I-ooX6E0V_jmx9HaEhG).

### Set Conditional Rules on Multiple Objects

Platform: Cloud and On-premises

You can now apply a conditional (row-level) rule to multiple roles and business objects at once from the new Bulk Update Rules page, instead of configuring each object individually in the single role editor. Select the roles and business objects, enter the rule, and use the color-coded preview to confirm which objects accept it before you apply. The system adds each rule to the existing conditions as a new row joined by OR. If you need to reverse a change, you can roll back selected roles to their previous state.

:::hint{type="info"}
The Bulk Update Conditional Rule page currently supports the Expression and Group condition types only. A rollback reverts a role to the state immediately before the most recent bulk rule and removes any expressions added after it.
