Patches are minor software updates to fix bugs and security issues for improving stability and performance while maintaining existing functionality.

## Release 2025.2

**Release Update – May 21 – Patch #4**

The following table lists the issues resolved in Patch #4:

| 106525     | OtherObject is not displayed in Editing Rules for Link Fields or Validated Fields.                                       |
| 106798     | Usability issues in the display of derived fields.                                                                       |
| 106869     | MS Teams Bot – Custom fields with picklists no longer display dropdown during incident creation.                         |
| 106879     | ExportEmailAsXML Email Listener has not processed emails since upgrade to version 2025.2.                                |
| 104601     | Slowness observed in the Business object Service Request across multiple user roles.                                     |

**Release Update – May 05 – Patch #3**

The following table lists the issues resolved in Patch #3:

| 105995     | SSM V3 – Using the IN expression in the UI V3 interface does not evaluate the expression correctly.                                              |
| 105767     | SSM V3 – Read-only expressions in Request Offerings are not applied correctly.                                                                   |
| 100159     | SSM V3 – Attachments or uploaded files on knowledge articles display as "file uploaded" and downloads as "file uploaded" without file extension. |
| 106017     | SSM V3 – Dynamic banner message text, subtext, and search box placeholder are not working as expected.                                           |

**Release Update – Apr 26 – Patch #2**

The following table lists the issues resolved in Patch #2:
