You can add a file from the **Knowledge Base** > **Add File** page.

**Procedure**

1. Click **Add File**. The **Please fill in the following fields** when the pop-up menu opens.
2. Fill in the details such as **name**, **description**, **version**, and so on.
3. Browse the file to add a file.
4. Click **Save**.
5. Click **Cancel** if you don't want to upload a file.
