As part of a troubleshooting process, you might be asked to save the Ivanti Secure Access Client log files. Ivanti Secure Access Client includes a number of possible components and each component generates one or more log files. The Save As operation combines all of the Ivanti Secure Access Client log files and other diagnostic files into a single file named `LogsAndDiagnostics.zip`.

To save Ivanti Secure Access Client log files:

1. On New-UX, click :inlineImage[]{src="https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/wxZG1KsS4xNkVZYoiu_o9/hA9iX4HheoMdc8i8bUykO_menu.png" alt caption size="10" width="24" height="24"}**> Logs.** Click Save Log.
   On Classic UI, click **File > Logs > Save As**. The Save As dialog box appears.
2. Either accept the default values for location and filename or specify new values, and then click **Save**.
