- **2034391**: Previously, Email+ had issues with folder synchronization that were causing sync performance degradation. This issue has been resolved.

## Ivanti Email+ 5.5.0 - Resolved issues

- **1950240**: Previously, Email+ could stop while creating synchronization requests when large draft messages were present in the **Drafts** folder. This issue has been resolved.
- **1907735**: Previously, an intermittent issue was observed during app startup while initializing AppConnect. This issue has now been resolved.
- **1871389**: Previously, emails could intermittently remain in the **Outbox** for an extended period before being sent. This issue has been resolved.

- **1799841**: The **Details** notifications are now displayed for basic auth.

## Ivanti Email+ 5.2.0 - Resolved issues

- **1756041**: Previously, some expired root CA certificates were not imported into Email+ from the client application. This issue has been fixed.
- **1732315**: Previously, when printing an email from the Email+ application, the last sentence was not visible. This issue has been fixed.



- **1722636**: Previously, if the MSAL token expired, the Email+ app was unable to refresh the Inbox to receive new emails. This issue has been fixed.

**1728395**: Previously, ICS files with Windows/DOS: CR LF (\r\n) or Classic Mac OS (pre-OS X): CR (\r) line separators could not be parsed in the Email+ app. This issue has been fixed.

## Ivanti Email+ 5.1.0 - Resolved issues

- **1676451**: Previously, some sub-folders under Delegated accounts were not visible. This issue is now fixed. For the users who had delegated accounts before the upgrade should add delegated accounts again to view the sub-folders.
- **1636671**: Previously, the Email+ app on an iPad device the first unread email was automatically opened by default in any folder. This issue has been fixed.
- **1672689**: Previously, if eas\_min\_allowed\_auth\_mode was set to modern\_auth, then if the prompt\_email\_password key-value pair was configured user was prompted to enter password before reaching Modern Auth screen. This issue has been fixed.
- **1616511**: Previously, you could not download an attachment because of server limit. The “Download MIME“ option is now available in the “Failed To Retrieve Attachment” dialog message.

- **1539803**: Previously, when using Modern Auth with Microsoft's sign in with another account option would even authenticate accounts that were not matching the Email+ configuration.
