Steps to Enable Microsoft Graph for Delegation Features:

To migrate delegated mailbox and calendar functionality from Exchange Web Services EWS to Microsoft Graph, complete the following steps:

  - graph\_api

    Before enabling the graph\_api feature flag and configuring the Microsoft Graph KVPs, ensure that Email+ version 5.5.0 or later is installed on user devices. Enabling this feature on earlier versions is not supported.
    :::
- Configure the Microsoft Graph settings:
  - email\_graph\_host=graph.microsoft.com
  - msal\_graph\_resource\_scope=https\://graph.microsoft.com/.default
  - msg\_min\_allowed\_auth\_mode=modern\_auth
  - realtime\_notifications\_protocol=1
- Deploy the updated configuration to managed devices through your UEM/MDM console.
- Verify delegated mailbox and calendar functionality after deployment to ensure Microsoft Graph connectivity is working as expected.

Email+ will use Microsoft Graph API for delegated mailbox, shared mailbox, delegated calendar, and shared mailbox calendar functionality.
