1. In the left navigation pane, click **ITSM > Configuration Management > Configuration Items**. The Configuration Items page displays.
2. Select individual CIs to export or click the top checkbox to export all of the CIs in the list.
3. From the **Select Actions** drop-down, select **Export**. Click **Basic Export**, then confirm the export to receive an email with an Excel attachment consisting of CI details. Note that CI properties are *not* included in the report.
