After adding the enterprise service, you need to identify the IP addresses of the underlying infrastructure items such as physical servers, workstations, routers, web servers, etc. that are associated with that service. If you do not have this information, contact the support person for the enterprise service. The IP addresses are required for Auto Discovery.

**NOTE:** If you don’t know the IP addresses, there is another way of finding assets related to an enterprise service based on the name of the process or Windows service. This procedure is explained in the “Tag the CIs” section below.
