If an application is blocked or the connection fails for any reason, you can redirect the device users to a specified URL.

**Procedure **

1. In Ivanti Access, go to <font color="#323232">Profile &gt; Branding &gt; Remediation Page </font>or<font color="#323232"> Service Unavailable Page</font>.
2. In **Page Options**, select <font color="#323232">I want to redirect users to my website URL.</font>
3. Enter the redirect URL in the text box for <font color="#323232">Redirect URL.</font>

The redirect URL must include http\:// or https\://.

4. Click <font color="#323232">Save Changes </font>to save the settings.

- If a redirect URL is configured in the <font color="#323232">Remediation Page</font>, device users are directed to the redirect URL if an application is blocked.
- If a redirect URL is configured in the <font color="#323232">Service Unavailable Page, </font>device users are directed to the redirect URL if the cloud service is unavailable. For example, a 503 error.
