In the Ivanti Access administrative portal, go to **Reports** to monitor Entra ID MFA activity using the following reports: 

- **MFA Access**: Displays policy rule evaluation data for Entra ID MFA sign-ins, including the action taken for each authentication request based on the rules in the policy assigned to the integration. 
- **Zero Sign-On**: Displays each authentication a user completes, such as Push Notification or QR Code.
